Normally a domain transfer will be rejected if the Domain:

• Is less than 60 days old
• A domain has expired and the current registrar has locked the domain
• A domain has been locked for security reasons
• A pending Bankruptcy of the SLD holder;
• Dispute over the identity of the SLD holder; or
• Situations described in the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy as set by ICANN;
