If you are experiencing any connection problems to your account please download and run this utility to review you connection to our systems. The following testing application will run on the Windows Operating system and has been tested on Win95, Win98, Win2k, and WinXP.

test.exe   [Save to your Desktop or Select Open]

Step 3
If you downloaded test.exe to your desktop click the icon to launch the program, click on Run Test and report any red results to our support team. Green circles mean the connections are working properly. If you would like to enter your own domain name into the Custom box you can test your site directly.

For your information here is what the tests look for:

• SMTP - Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (Outgoing MailServer)
• HTTP - HyperText Transfer Protocol (Web Server)
• POP3 - Post Office Protocol v3 (Incoming Mail Server)
